Novoo is a cloud-based case management platform designed for private investigation firms. The Platform provides tools for managing investigations, clients, advocates, cases, documents, timesheets, expenses, billing, and communications.

2.1 Account Types

  • Super Admin - Platform administrator with full system access
  • Company - Investigation firms managing advocates, clients, and cases
  • Advocate - Investigation professionals working under a company
  • Client - End users requesting investigation services

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
  • You must have legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Company accounts must represent legitimate private investigation businesses

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • You are liable for all activities under your account
  • We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Conduct or facilitate illegal investigations or surveillance
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Harass, threaten, or defame other users

5. Subscription and Payment Terms
